I designed, built and run it alone: the web apps, a GPU video pipeline for generation and lip sync, credits billing, and the deploys and monitoring behind it.

One detail: Render queue

Work that runs while nobody watches.

Renders run on cloud GPUs. A job joins the queue, a worker claims it, a failure goes back with its retry count, and the finished video lands in storage. Every transition is logged.
